I don't know about anyone on here, but I am Cyber Schooled. If you are public schoolers, here's the challenge:
Go for one week without texting in your classroom. Unplug from Myspace or Facebook. I'm not saying that any of the stuff is bad, just.. UNPLUG. See, when you unplug, you have more time for God. Reading the Bible, praying. Sometimes it's simply out of boredom. But once it starts and you see the results, you'll want to keep going. Now, I don't have a Myspace or a Facebook, or even a cellphone. But I know that once you unplug and find time for God, you'll be glad that you did. Lemme know if it works out for you. Wink

What a challenge! I did that for a week... I unplugged from the internet other than things that I needed to do, and it was great how much time I had to be able to spend with God. I also got my priorities pretty much in order that week because I was doing other things with my time and spending it a lot more wisely. This is a great thing to do, especially if you struggle with this.

Yes, I did that for almost a month, when I was homeschooled. 'twas hard though, I must say. *laughs*

haha yep. it IS hard, lol. society has made those things so important, and we become attached, so not texting, or blogging or myspace-ing can be hard . lol.

yeah, definitely. I dont' have problem with texting or blogging, but forums can be addicting for me sometimes. About a year ago, I was so obsessed with this site called mypraize...haha...I was on all day practically, and into the early morning hours sometimes (not straight, but on and off), but God showed me it was time to leave it, and I did, slowly. And then I got addicted to another site, but, once again, God showed me it was time to go. So then, I realized that if I wanted to keep the forums I'm on now, I better get my act together and only visit once or twice a day, at most. Razz

Hehe, but yeah. I've gotten a bit better, I think. Smile

I am on myspace, but I only go on once or twice a week. I go on faithfreaks almost everyday, but just for a few minutes.

Yeah, I used to really have a problem with Myspace, until finally I just decided I should get rid of it altogether. I got another one a few months ago and I really have no problem with it anymore. I've had to do that with another website too because I would constantly be getting on it [and for a few other reasons]. Sometimes that's the best thing to do... If you try to stay away from it for a while and then get right back on it constantly, usually the best thing to do is delete the account. Then you can't get on it. Wink

haha YES. I really really really wanted to get a Myspace, but I'm not allowed ROFL. Oh well. Imma ask my dad if I can have a faithfreaks thing.
