"Good Cry"

Subject: "Good Cry" Tue Jun 10, 2008 5:17 pm

When I get talked about all week,at the end of the week when another kid says something else about me I start crying and just let it all out.It really helps.When you hold things in for so long it eventually comes out.I feel so much better after I start crying.

I know what you mean. I'm the kind of person who holds a lot inside... and it's not until something happens to just make me break that I realize I really need to vent to someone, to just talk to someone and/or have a good cry. And I do. It's not good to hold all of those emotions inside.

Yeah, I know exactly what you are saying! I've had that happen where just so many emotions get built up over time and you think you've moved on past them...but then you may be talking to someone and they say something and then you just fall apart and start crying and can't stop!

I know what you mean...sometimes certain songs make me cry like that because they relate to what I'm going through. It helps me to talk about it to someone I can trust, pray about it, and sometimes to cry about it.

Yeah, I'm like Molly, where I hold it inside until it builds up and has to come out. Probably not the best thing...lol, well, it isn't the best thing. But yeah...

Nope, Karah, it definitely isn't the best thing. It's not good to hold all those emotions inside. I guess I'm slowly learning that... but still, I hold them all in until I absolutely have to let them all out. It's not good. =/

Yeah, I know what you mean. Its hard to overcome. And, quite frankly, I'm not sure how...Well, except for when its my...time of month. lol. Then I have absolutely no problem crying all the time, for some reason...*lightbulb* Maybe it makes up for the rest of the month when I keep my feelings hidden...hahahaha Laughing
